Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
The ceremony will be held at Christ Episcopal Church in Tyler, Texas, with the reception following at Willowbrook Country Club.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, please arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.
What is the dress code?
We’re celebrating all weekend long!
Friday night kicks off with Boots & Blazers (Texas Cocktail) attire.
Saturday will be a Black Tie affair.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both!
The ceremony will be indoors, and the reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Is there parking available or transportation provided?
Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. There will also be a shuttle Saturday for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn!
Will there be a rehearsal dinner or welcome event?
Yes! Both the rehearsal dinner and welcome event will be by specific invitation only. More details coming soon — we can’t wait to celebrate with you all weekend.
Where should I stay and what’s the best airport to fly into?
We have hotel room blocks available — please visit the Travel page for recommended hotels and booking information. Guests may fly into Tyler Pounds Regional Airport (TYR) or Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), which is approximately 1.5 hours away.
